With contracting and power off-take models, we create ways to implement renewable generation capacity without the investment having to be borne in full by the customer or landowner.
Rooftop PV contracting
With rooftop contracting, the company provides a suitable roof area and leases it to Volturo. We take care of financing, planning, construction, and operation of the PV system. The electricity generated on site is used directly on site and purchased on contractually defined terms. This makes it possible to use large roof areas for self-supply without the company having to invest in the generation system itself.
Ground-Mounted Site Leasing
In ground-mounted projects, landowners lease suitable land to Volturo and receive long-term lease income in return. We develop, finance, and operate the generation system. If a suitable off-taker is located nearby, the electricity generated can, for example, be supplied via a direct line and purchased under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement—on predictable terms for generation and electricity supply.
